Incoming Flight
Meeting the passengers at the finger where the plane is connected and taking them straight to Fattal Lounge at terminal #1. While passengers enjoy light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic office services we take care of all incoming flight procedures : security check, passport control , baggage claim. A steward/stewardess will accompany up to the arrivals hall to the waiting driver .

Outgoing Flight
Meeting the passengers at Fattal Lounge at Terminal #1. While passengers enjoy light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic office services we take care of all outgoing flight procedures: security check, passport control, flight check in,until the boarding time. At that time a Gold Club representative will escort the passengers to the boarding gate.
